Tweet Later: Auto follow Twitter user with Ease
Here I’m talking about a tool call socialoomph which used to be known as Tweetlater earlier. This service is more than just auto follow feature, but for now, lets discus just one of them and you can find this tool here. This tool has free and pro version both, but free version let you auto follow on Twitter and I have explained the whole process below.
Tweetlater (Now socialoomph) is a nice service , which provide you with many other functionality like schedule your tweets, welcome message to your followers and auto follow.
Go to TweetLater , Login, register. Go to manage account and click on Twitter account, which you want to use for auto following your followers.
Now enter the information , and in the last box check the auto follow user !!
So, once you have enabled this feature, it not only auto follow new twitter follower but also you can configure to send an automated message. This will help you to add personalization and you also make new follower land on your landing page or let them know about yourself. I usually ask new followers to connect on Facebook fan page, but you can have your own strategy. An alternate service which you can use is Twollow which you can access here.

I think there is no need to follow all of our twitter followers. Why should we? I usually follow people who are giving very useful tweets.

I have found a number of phishing sites which claim to auto follow followers and follow new users,but since u are recommending tweet later ,will definitely try it,hope its not manual and slow like twitterkarma

I found http://followbackr.com also allows autofollowing people. Also, it has spam filtering, which I found quite useful.
