These days, break even cycle for an offline business (like shops, retail outlets, eating joint etc) ranges from minimum 1 year to 3 years but when you start an online business, somehow, people become very impatient and want to see the results and profitibility within few days. In my experience, good number of people who ventured into blogging (or something similar) as a serious hobby have been able to see success far more than others who started off with purely money making mindset.
