These list includes some of the things which you should know, some of the software’s you should be using and many other tips. I tried to cover as much as I could, but feel free to suggest if you have any more tips to add.

Hey there! Amazing post. The only thing I would suggest would be to add here all the different kinds of backlinking/social networking sites that one could use to improve their SEO.
I know the basics of SEO. Keyword research, backlinking, a few things like that. But I am looking for a list that tells me all my resources around the web!

Well done – but there are some additional issues like server, ISP, IP – if they are not carefully chosen all the efforts are in vain – bad neighborhood or shared IPs and malware infected networks may prevent a well-seod site from ranking well.
