Hi Foysal,
thanks for this review. I want to advise against the use of Simple Ads Manager (SAM). The download link is broken, because the plugin was kicked out of the plugin directory on wordpress.org. It is caused by some serious security issues (SAM belongs to the 12 most attacked WP-plugins) and hacked websites with the open backdoors of the installed plugin.
I used several ad managers:
– WPads (not more developed since 2009)
– Simple Ads Manager (security issues)
– AdRotate (suitable solution but not many options)
– Advanced Ads (I use this on my sites now, https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-ads/).
AdRotate was quite nice, but after I tried Advanced Ads, I started to explore the possibilities of displayed ads. The plugin helps you to define, who will get to see where when and which ads. Using responsive ads helped me to gain the revenue and always to deliver fitting ads, with the cache busting, I can work with caching plugins like W3total cache without relinquishing essential options like ad rotation or tracking. If you are looking for a powerful tool, you should even try it!

Hi Foysal,
I am using Google’s official Adsense plugin for my blog, recently I changed my theme and want to test out some other plugins, at the right time I came across this article, I want to check these plugins for my blog, particularly Advanced Ads, because developer has requested me to use his plugin by personally sending a mail to me.

I used to limit my use of plugins to minimize process request and I prefer to use a premium wordpress theme with integrated ads widgets but the ads plugins cited above seems excellent and worth trying out.
