The ideology behind Shout-Me-Hindi:

When I started my blogging journey on December 2008, I had no idea how big this could be. I was an engineering graduate, who thought he will be working 9-6 for a fixed salary. I never liked the idea of working at a place, where my creativity is gone for a toss, and I’m just doing what I’m told to do. In last 6 & halfyear my life has become something which I never imagined.  It all have happened because of blogging. I’m not alone in this, as there are many bloggers around the globe who are making a living out of the blogging.  For years, I have shared all my learning with you via ShoutMeLoud. Which has helped numerous bloggers to leave their job, and become their own boss.

Thanks to the technology, now the internet is available to the remotest of the area in India. With this, users are now using Hindi as their language on internet, and all progressive companies are coming up with a native language support for Hindi-speaking users.

Do you know, Hindi bloggers can also monetize their blog with AdSense?, And I think  blogging can change their life for good. This is the ideology behind ShoutMehindi. Since I speak & can write in both the languages, it makes all the sense to start a blog for Indians who prefer Hindi over any other language. From the business aspect, I see a great potential for hindi blogs in coming years.

The initial idea of ShoutMeHindi came into my mind, when a distant aunt in her 50’s, who speaks Hindi, asked me to help her starting a blog in the language she speaks. I thought it’s a good idea to translate all blogging related tips, tutorials in Hindi, and publish it at one place.

This would help her, and others who love to learn in Hindi. My mom loves to read in Hindi, and she would be thrilled when I will share about a place where she can learn blogging in Hindi. 🙂

This is first-time I will also be experiencing the Hindi speaking blogging industry, and will sharing my learning & experiences over here at ShoutMeLoud. Technically, ShoutMeHindi was started almost 2 weeks back, but I will be celebrating 22nd June as it’s inception day. This way, we both share the same journey date.

    Hi Harsh…

First of all Congrats for this initiative.

    Some Suggestions. (As I feel)
1- In this Hindi blog, Using too much words in Roman character should be avoided. As it is not pleasurable to eyes. English words can also be written in Hindi as most of newspapers do. Even after this if needed, English should come inside a bracket.
2- To make site look attractive, You can use Unicode font design Which gives character a nice look. Mangal font is not that much attractive.

Its just some suggestions on the basis of personal experience. Thank you.

  14. john

Very Good Move, But you want to implement this for other local Indian Languages.

    Kind Regards

  15. Giri

Congrats Harsh! Its really very good step in your blogging journey.

Definitely it will be really useful for those are comfortable with Hindi.

A small correction “Hindi language blog for Indians” It should be “For Hindi readers” instead of Indian since I don’t know Hindi.

I’m expecting you to start Tamil blog as well. Only problem is if you are strong enough in the language only you can maintain the blog otherwise you don’t know what’s going on the content and won’t be perfect blog like your English and Hindi blogs.

Hope you will find a trusted person in other languages too which you don’t know.

    All the very best Harsh.

    Giri

  16. Mustafa

Always expect something new from you. shoutmehindi.in should be in Hindi only. No English should be included. Pure Hindi.

  17. Sudeshna
