Have you tested this? I just tried sending payment to another Indian user and got this warning “Sorry, but you can’t send payments to other PayPal accounts registered locally. You can send a payment internationally.”.

It depends on the case to case. If you are changing a theme that is well coded or better coded than your earlier theme and make it easier for bots to crawl your site, it improves the SEO. However, if you use a new theme which looks pretty but not coded well in terms of structure or affects crawling, then it can affect ranking. Mostly if you pick the theme from reliable companies, you are not likely to face such issues and everything remains consistent. However you should be aware of possible effect.

Newspaper 7 is a good theme. However for the loading time, you need to check https://www.shoutmeloud.com/check-website-loading-time.html yourself. I haven’t used this theme in past few months. As long as developers are updating the theme regularly, it will be good.

They offer lifetime updates (Do cross check this once more) but you get support for one year.
With membership, you get access to all of their themes and plugins which is priced at $199. For $19, you get access to only one theme. For an individual blogger, buying 1-2 of the theme is better than the membership. For developers, agencies it makes more sense to buy Membership. Hope this clarifies your doubts.
