Here is how to use the Google Disavow tool:

Firstly, identify the bad links to your site. You can use tools like Moz, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to analyze your backlink profile and find links that are unnatural, irrelevant, or harmful to your site. 

You can also use Google Search Console to see the links that Google has detected to your site.

Create a list of the links or domains that you want to disavow. 

After that,  create a text file with one URL or domain per line. You can use the prefix “domain:” to disavow all links from a specific domain. For example, domain:example.com will disavow all links from example.com. You can also add comments to your file by using the “#” symbol at the beginning of a line. 

Once done upload your file to the Google disavow tool. Go to the disavow links tool page and select your site from the dropdown menu. 

Click on the “Disavow links” button and choose the file that you created. Click on “Submit” to upload your file. Google will process your request and ignore the links that you have disavowed.
