Twitter is one of the best tool for marketers and to make most out of it, one should always best possible Twitter tools to enhance your profile. I usually use Twitter and Facebook as my marketing tool and to make most out of Facebook, I ask my Twitter followers to join me on Facebook.
We have lots of Twitter tools which will let you send auto DM when someone follow you and one of them is SocialOomph. SocialOomph comes with free and paid version, for me free version is good enough to take care of my need.

Multiple Twitter profile management:
This tool let you manage multiple twitter profile and you can configure lots of things like Auto DM, Auto Follow and Auto unfollow.
Auto DM
This is one of the prime reason I use SocialOomph. It let me send auto (pre defined) DM to all my new followers. My auto DM usually says, thanks for connecting here on Twitter, will love to see you on Facebook [Link]
Auto Follow:
By auto following your followers on Twitter, you giving them your twitter love. You will find many Twitter users who follow back every followers. Somehow I don’t agree with this and I believe in selective following. Though it’s my personal perception.
Auto Unfollow:
Many Twitter users follow you because you follow them back and later on by using any Twitter cleanup tool they unfollow you. Auto Unfollow tool comes as a rescue in such cases. By using this feature, you can automatically unfollow such users who unfollow you.
Email reply Digest
I have dedicated profile for every blog like I have @callingallgeeks @themepremium @wphostdiscount and so on. By using Email reply digest, I get regular updates about who mentioning my profile. This is very helpful, if you have multiple Twitter profiles.
Schedule Your Tweets:
I usually schedule my tweets multiple times over a month time. This make sure my old posts keep getting traffic. SocialOomph comes with Tweet schedule feature which let you schedule your Tweet. Though I’m not a big fan of the feature they have in free version but the one they have in premium version is very handy and useful. That could be the only one reason I will be buying Premium Socialoomph account.
Summary:
Socialoomph is useful tool to manage the automation of your twitter profile. Specially for users with multiple Twitter profile, this twitter tool is very handy. My recommendation would be give it a shot since it’s free.

SocialOomph looks good. But I do not think Auto DM is a good practice, as your twitter account then looks kinda robotic.

Thanks for pointing the Nabeel. Well Auto Dm looks spam or robotic when your DM is configured in the same manner. Throwing a link or something for self-promotion can be considered one of them. Saying a Hi and telling them lil in DM won’t hurt and also grab attention

Shiva Twitter is a great marketing tool. Try to make most out of it, but make sure, you don;t follow any such things which might lead to ban your account. Use legit tools only

Do we require a separate registration for this ? Twitter login is not sufficient ?

Socialoomph is a third party Twitter tool. You will have ti authorize the access, which we normally do when giving access to any third party tool.
Registration is on site level..Since it allows you to add multiple Twitter profile… when you inside the dashboard, you will be granting access to each profile individually…
