With the evolution of mobile phone, it’s no longer being used only for making calls. People are using their mobile phone for keeping themselves online all the time. When we talk about keeping ourselves online, it means staying online on Email and as well as IM. All major IM service provider are coming up with mobile version of their IM client. Adding into the list, Yahoo also launched a mobile IM client which will let you stay online all the time on your mobile phone.

Now yahoo has officially announced the release of it’s Yahoo messenger for mobile.
This is the WAP version of yahoo messenger and I have tried it on my Nokia N95 without any problem. Though few times connecting to the yahoo server took some time but once connected it’s very smooth to use.
You can get the link from mobile yahoo or by typing m.yahoo.com on your handset.
You can use almost all the features like wink, buzz along with it.

i use yahoo messenger sometimes from my mobile via in.m.yahoo.com but we need to refresh it again n again as to see if someone have ping us or refresh to see the next message while chatting from it.
wat about getting an alert ringtone or vibrate when someone pings us on yahoo and we are online from mobile ?
