If your windows does not boot without any beep, The thing which you need to check are:

# RAM problem: Faulty Ram is the most common problem and the best way is to take out RAM clean the RAM and RAM slot and reinsert RAM and try to boot up. If it does not help try to insert any other RAM or you can switch RAM slots.

# Ram cleaning: while cleaning RAM, make sure you clean it with a dry and clear piece of cloth.

# Loose CPU fan: In few cases if CPU fan is loose that also creates problem with windows startup without any beep.

Make sure all the plugs and connection are properly connected. If you are familiar with it then replug every hardware else if cleaning your RAM does not work then better call your computer help desk.

This is not a windows problem per se.
The hardware issues will affect all the OSs and not only windows.

P.S. : Not a windows fan / Linux enemy.
