Actually it is, though many people who are not coder. they prefer ready made theme which suits their need.

Hi nice! I am currently on blogger and learning php! So I have just installed wordpress on my local server to try it out! Be it blogger or WordPress I prefer to make my own theme I think making theme for wordpress is easier than blogger
