I do my best to stay away from ones that use CAPTCHA, there are sometimes when it does not work. I remember trying to leave a comment and it kept on saying that the code I was entering is incorrect. I eventually gave up. What I would like to mention is the multiple forms, that's a bonus if you need it for other details. There are many contact plugins and it’s hard to find the right one.
