Few days back wordpress released the wordpress 2.8 Baker. Though I didn’t upgraded my wordpress till now, because lots of bugs where complaint by my wordpress clients regarding Blank dashboard , Broken permalinks.
Finally the prediction was true and wordpress Baker had few bugs, and wordpress has come up with new wordpress 2.8.1 beta release.
Some of the bugs which were fixed in the update are :
- Extra hook in the category Form
- Warning after Post/page save
- php warning at menu header
- Dashboard shows Blank screen after upgrade

As mentioned in the post i havent had any blank dashboard issues, although there are some theme problems like slider etc. not working.
I upgraded to WP 2.8 and have not had any problems. Never had blank screens or anything else.
Do you think I should upgrade to the WP 2.8.1 beta version or rather wait until it is released.
