We think Vodafone as a mobile company and which only deals with mobile related stuffs but it all changed with time! Vodafone is now fully concentrating over the market on Twitter, and trying to place itself in better position with marketing themselves via twitter applications.

Vodafone India & Vodafone Egypt has set up an online customer service over Twitter to resolve the problems of the Vodafone users with the Tweets!

Recently Vodafone Denmark has released a Twitter Desktop Application along with the twitter mobile application and named it “Vodafone Update“. This Vodafone Application is developed by “Widgetlabs Europe”. Having an awesome Interface as if I’m inside Vodafone voucher card!

An interesting features of this Desktop Client is that it is fully Handy and its refresh button at the top, works as the sensor! Just keep the pointer above, it will refresh automatically!

Here below I’m giving out the Screenshot of the Vodafone twitter application Interface.

The point here is Vodafone understand the power of social media sites like Twitter and Facebook. It’s already a popular brand but this application will fetch them good number of clients and free publicity.

I am with Airtel and pretty much satisfied with their phone support. Though I’d expect something like this from them as well :p
