Bufferapp is a very useful social media automation tool.

BufferApp is a tool where we can quickly put interesting articles, blog posts, or tweets/updates for your Facebook pages, Twitter accounts, or LinkedIn profiles into a buffer. Basically, if I see an interesting article that I think my followers would enjoy, I put it into my buffer, where I can edit the tweet or update before it goes out.

Thanks Harsh, for giving us very useful video tutorial about BufferApp with reviews.
