Since I started using WordPress I had always thought that anything can be done with it.

And I have started loving WordPress more and since I have started exploring the WordPress plugins directory.

Here is a WordPress plugin that definitely needs some attentions as it can bring out the most of your WordPress blog-Through the video and audio comments.

This plugin is really nice and here are some of the cool features that it offers. With the use of this WordPress plugin your blog commentors can now post audio and video comments.

None of the audio or video comments are stored in your server,every audio and video comment made in your WordPress blog stored in Riffly server, so no need to worry about server space problems.

All the audio and video comments that are made in your blog, will have to be approved before they are show (If you have not set Auto approval for WordPress blog comments).

Your blog’s commenter will have the option to edit preview the audio or video comment before the comment is posted. The video comments are recorded through the commentors web cam and his/her microphone.

Audio and video buffering speed is fast and it is not something a WordPress blogger needs to worry about.

As these guys are providing such a fine service their needs to be some way that they earn some money to maintain this plugin so there are advertisements embedded in the video and audio comments (Similar to you tube advertisement).

You can easily get rid of these advertisements by getting a premium account-Starts from around $16/month and with this you also get around 10,000 Ad credits (Means that for 10,000 views of your WordPress blogs audio and video comments their will be no advertisement shown in the your blogs audio or video comment).

We use the plugin for our site, which is dedicated to poetry-readings. People can post their poem in text and sound. The plugin is great for that purpose. I just wonder.
What is happening with it at the moment? Is Riffly closing down or what?

10 will January 20, 2010 at 04:29: Riffly is not very reliable. The video and audio comments work every couple of days. Currently the plugin will not work. If it worked it would be amazing. I wonder if someone knows any wordpress plugin developers that could make a new one of these plugins that is more reliable?
