Hi,

My college is using fortiguard and it has blocked rapidshare.com
thus, even though I have premium rapidshare.com account, I am not able to download any files.

I am using ultrasurf to access RS(rapdishare) but it does not give more than 100kbps speed.

Can you suggest a solution that will give higher speed.

Before fortiguard, i used to get least 3mbps speed all the time.
