As we all know Wordpress is one of the most popular CMS and Blogging platform. Today there are around 10,000,000 blogs powered by Wordpress according to WordPress Stats. If you are not using Wordpress or dont know about it Click here (Wikipedia) to know more about it.

Today I am going to give you a small solution for Unknown sender issue and default mail. This solution will help you solve two problems.

1. Many of you are using Thank Me Later plugin for comment subscription when it sends Thanks e-mail but with Unknown Sender in from field.

2. Whenever you receive any notification you will receive it from WordPress (wordpress@domain.com) instead of your mail id which you have configured in your admin panel under general setting. This will help you to solve both problems.

Download Wp mail from Wordpress Plugin.

Install the plugin and once you have done this activate the plugin. Configure it by going to wp mail from option which is under Settings option. Your are done.

Now this plugin will set all the email sent from your blog using your configured email address by setting up From : Header.

This is a small issue but is very effective if you don’t want to make your email fall in spam folder or annoy reader with title Unknown sender.
