Almost one month back twitter launched Twitter list feature and now twitter added one more feature to its twitter list. Now you can add description to your Twitter list, this will help other twitter users to quickly navigate your twitter list and understand the reason or people he is going to follow using that list.
Though this new description feature can be maximum of 100 character. Twitter should stick to its 140 character theory.
I have created a list of Indian_bloggers and finally I can add some description to it. Specially when my Twitter mate shoot me with a DM and asking me why they are not in the list. Finally I added this note in the description of my Indian_blogger twitter list

I hadn’t noticed the description feature that was added. I haven’t been making any new lists because I’ve found just following other’s lists saves me a lot of time making new ones.
It’s awesome that you’ve started the Indian blogger list as well. It seems like the Indian blogging scene is just as big as American blogging.
