Thesis works on Hooks to make any changes, Though editing Thesis theme is usually done by editing two custom file of Thesis
- Custom.css
- Custom functions.php
Though Thesis theme can be edited easily with Thesis open hook wordpress plugin. Thesis open hook plugin provide all the functionalities you need to make changes in your Thesis theme.

I installed this plugin sometime ago as I got tired of editing files via ftp. This makes it a lot easier and more fun to work with. I also use the plugin to reference hook names and where they are situated in the theme.
This is a must for all Thesis users.

Suneel Premium theme has always advantage over free wordpress theme. Though I will personally suggest before you select any theme (Free or premium) , its better to do a research so that you will never regret it.

That’s True Mayur. Earlier i used to make changes by editing my custom.css and cf.php file..
Once I tried this plugin and I’m in love with it.
Though i have not used that plugin, i have heard that its a really useful plugin that will make the customization of thesis very simple.
