In Thesis you can quickly add a frame around your images which will make your images stand out and make your post look more scan-able and presentable.
In this tip I will be using Thesis 1.7 (which is also latest version as of now). Login to WordPress dashboard and select thesis design option:
Select post Image and thumbnail settings and check the options which says Add a frame to post images.
Same settings you will be doing for Thesis thumbnail settings. This is a very small and quick tip but will help you to make your posts look much better.
