Solve this riddle

Today i was chatting with one friend of mine and she thinks I’m a techy (though she is rite)
So she give me link to a riddle site and ask me to solve the level 3.

lol though I’m very bad with the riddles and quiz ( I was a school champ in terms of quiz ;) )

So i  like the site and thought you will also like to solve third riddles.
