It’s such a pleasure to announce that Shoutmeloud thesis theme got redesigned and finally we are set on one perfect wordpress theme.
One of the biggest problem which I faced after moving to wordpress is selecting the best theme out of The best.

One of the biggest benefit of Thesis which I got is clear typography and perfect SEO. After selecting the Thesis wordpress theme, one of the biggest advantage which I got is control over bounce rate which was as high as 72% earlier, which comes down to 17%.
The theme is redesigned by Honey Singh from Honeytechblog. Honey is one of the oldest blogger from New Delhi and one of my inspiration for blogging. You can follow Honey’s work on twitter @honeytech
Also Gautam suggested me some important changes needed to be done on the blog, which we will be taking care with course of time.
Few of the major changes which we got here are :
Logo : Shoutmeloud Got the new logo and I’m glad that many people like it and they tweeted about it on Twitter.
Blog style look : From earlier magazine style look we changed it to default blog style look.
Advertisement slots : We have put the prominent advertisement space for direct and aff. advertising. Moreover for CPM based ads , one ad slot has been added at the bottom of the page.
Prominent footer : I always mentioned footer has a great advantage over SEO and forming a social community out of your blog.
Though changes will keep coming up to make it look better. Right now my prime target will be gaining more feed subscriber after the redesign and social bookmarking websites.

I would have liked black or blue color instead of the green+blue kinda color..
I would suggest you to setup a POLL and ask your Loyal visitors that which look is better this one or the earlier one.
As far as I am concerned I liked the earlier one. Though this is not bad. But earlier one was better

It is obviously good! One suggestion is that making your theme fluid width! Many people are having widescreen now a days

how can i add 3 column footer to thesis theme?
You need to search for Widgetized footer for thesis. You will have the 3 column or 4 column footer
