These days there are many part-time bloggers and because they are working part-time or are focused on other projects the blog gets neglected. Reading across some blogs and going through this route that is part-time -> full-time blogger
I have compiled some tips and tricks that will help you concentrate more towards your blog.
Content Schedule
Working with a content schedule makes your work easier. When you know that tomorrow or the day after you have to make a post on your blog, ideas will start popping out.
Get Experience
I did write a blog post on gaining experience from Experienced People. While you follow these people every day you do learn how to blog, how to attract readers and more.
Time Is Money
If you are busy in other works or projects, then you definitely don’t want to spend time moderating comments. Many big blogs have hired comment moderators in order to reduce spam and increase conversations. You can too, not by moderating each and every post. But having comment guidelines set you can reduce the spam count. I’ll too be introducing a comment guideline soon.
Observation
Try making several new experiments by making different kinds of post and do promote them, then monitor traffic for a month or two. Observe which posts bring you traffic and which don’t. Try making posts similar to which had attracted traffic in the past. I hope this tricks will help you succeed in your blogging careers. Enjoy and share your tips along with me.

1. Go invisible on gtalk (also use gtalk inside the browser)
2. turn your phone on silent
Even though time is money I still think it’s a good idea to monitor your comments by yourself so you’ll keep a close connection with your visitors.
When it comes to focus it’s all about removing distractions and creating a schedule.
I do agree with you, but what if you get about 500+ comments a week. What will you do then?

By spending 1 hour a day monitoring comments you will manage 500 with ease. But you do have a point about getting much comments. But if you have 500+ comments a week you are probably making enough money to spend 2-3 hours a day only monitor your comments.
