Last time we posted about paypal scammed Indian paypal users with reverse transaction fees and due to strong reaction from Indian paypal user community, paypal started reimbursing the difference in amount which were deducted in reversed bank withdrawal.
Today I finally received the payment of 84$ and 56$ into my paypal account which were deducted last time.
Here are the proof for the same :
This two deposits come as a surprise for me and I’m sure many of you will be notice the similar transaction into your Paypal account soon.
In Official blog announcement Paypal already made it clear that personal payment option will stay in hold for few months and apart from this normal services will resume in few days.

yah , i got back around $10 for the $100 withdrawal i did few days back .. cool

Yeah I got my 30$ back today, though you said earlier that its a scam, I never believed that it was. It is just a miss -functioning that every company go through.
It is just uncommon to see big companies having trouble like this. I am happy that i get my money back, hope they start they merchandise services soon as most of us use PayPal for online transactions.
Between Harsh, what are the other alternatives, I have heard of “Liberty” in some paid forums, anyways do you know some alternative.
I m using ePassporte , I think you should give it a try. You can withdraw money from any ATM with ePassporte’s visa electron card.

That’s great news! I’ve received full $27.55 which were charged as Withdrawal Fee. Happy to see that PayPal is fixing this issue.

That’s confirmed. I see 60USD in my account being refunded.
That’s nice on the part of Paypal. Had we known prior to initiating the withdrawal process that ‘there would be a policy that would restrict the withdrawal to bank accounts’, we wouldn’t have initiated in the first place.

I received $20.57 into my paypal account today as a surprise from Paypal. I was unable to understand from where and why I get this payment. But after going through this post, I know why I get this payment from Paypal

Its good that because of this paypal trouble we came to realize that we need an alternative and cant be all dependent on paypal for money. The panic shows how much we were all dependant on paypal.
