In last few months Facebook has gone under lots of changes including the latest one Facebook New Live feed design , India and Brazil Most popular social networking website Orkut which is running behind the scene from last few months and before people finally forget about them, finally orkut understand the need of a need of redesign and after some useless updates in past like Orkut captcha for status message , Orkut inline photo comments.
Before you will try to open your orkut homepage , bad news is this feature is not available in all the profiles, so you need to wait for sometime or ask anyone who has the orkut redesigned homepage.
Now getting into update , There are long list of update here and I’m sure every orkut user will welcome the new update. From official orkut blog
Less Click
One of the best thing here is less click on home page. Now you can see the whole list of friends and communities from home page. They have added a scroll bar there which can be easily used to see all friends and communities from home page. Now no more next page and previous page to find friends or communities.
Neat and clean profile page
What do you see when you go to your friend facebook profile page? An activity stream and updates. I’m not comparing orkut with facebook here, but now this update is almost similar to it and will make seeing your friend updates from their profile page.
Video Chat from Orkut
Remember previous post on Google video and voice chat for Gmail, now you can use the same feature inside orkut. And I’m loving this new feature.

ya, got the invitation to new Orkut interface, it is great
It is much faster and we also get many new features like status updates like Twitter and Facebook and also we can comment on updates.
I guess Orkut understand the need of less click.. Lets see what more is there..and how beneficial is it for us and users.
I learn something new everyday. Never heard of Orkut. I wonder how many other countries have a big social network presence that I don’t know about?

Lets hope that there won’t be any bugs in the new design. Bugs are one of the Major problems in Orkut.

Really they are changing…But mostly google use minimalist design but their features are more… This news is great now they entered in to design… Search 2 minute google story in youtube you will be amazed…
