Ashish even I used to use Opera inbuilt feed subscription feature earlier. Since you are on windows, I will suggest try feeddemon

Shabnam this application sync with Google reader so you wont miss your fav feed reader .. more over you will get more power in the form of offline reading.

Rajesh No doubt Google reader is amazing, but I will suggest give a try to feeddemon , it syncs with Google reader and Im sure you will love it
