I was not aware of the fact that my twitter profile was not showing in search.twitter. I realize it when I attended wordcamp and I was tweeting with the hash id #wci and none my my tweets were coming in Twitter search result.
Probably that was the best time for me to connect with more blogger friend on twitter. I feel so sorry that I missed this. I searched into Google for twitter search problem and I got lots of result and twitter user facing the twitter search problem.
I raised a ticket @ help.twitter for the case 9 days back and till now I have not get this issue resolved.
If you are facing this problem do let me know and in case if you you come out with any other solution apart from raising a help ticket, do mention that here.

Interesting blog post and this whole non-listing of twitter search has happened to me. Like you I’ve raised a ticket and basically chase them up every day for an update, but nothing as yet. I notice you’re still not ‘visible’ on twitter search or if I try and find you. What the heck is going on?

I tried opening tickets and follow all the rules, though it doesn’t helped me. The Twitter profile is still not showing in search engine. I started all over again with new profile http://twitter.com/denharsh

Did you ever get this resolved. I just realized this was happening to me as well? I hope they don’t think I’m a SPAM account!
I’m also having this problem. I haven’t spammed or broke any rules. I made a new account and it shows up in searches. For a while it was only showing some of my tweets, but now it doesn’t show any in the search.
