To keep your system healthy and fast, defragmentation is a recommended step. One should always Defragment his hard drives at least once in a month.

I has a problem with one of my old computers where it wasn’t possible to run defrag. It would simple crash halfway. Since then I’ve never used defrag any more. Do you you feel a big difference?
