By default Mozilla has one bookmark toolbar and by default there is no option of making it two.
I have few pages which I visit frequently for news aggregation, some bookmarks for social networking and few for social bookmarking site.
Multirow bookmarks toolbar is Firefox extension which will help you to have more then 1 Firefox bookmarking row.
Personally I found this extension very handy and helpful for me. The extension is easy to use and options are configurable. Like keeping multiple row on or off and set number of rows.

Great toolbar. but i wonder why these tool bar not available for Opera?
