Monster.com again targeted by Hacker

Back in 2007 when monster.com was targeted by a Trojan horse which targeted almost 1.6 million users and the big news is monster.com is again targeted by hackers. This time hackers have stolen personal details of   Millions of users of monster.com

Personal data includes Name, E-mail, Password, Phone numbers , Birth dates and sex. Though monster.com official said that resumes were not accessed by hackers and are safe.

According to Timesonline

A Russian gang called Phreak was said to be responsible. It was found to be selling identity harvesting services to fraudsters, charging £300 for data.

Though the exact impacted users statistics are still unknown but according to The Time of London Hacker had gained access to 4.5 million of monster.com users account.
