Matt Cutt Insight on Wordpress SEO : WordCamp San Francisco 2009

in Wordpress SEO

I’m sure those who all are in SEO and wordpress must be aware of Matt Cutt. If not Matt Cutt   is a software engineer working on Google and he is also the head of Google’s webspam team.

In wordcamp San Francisco 2009 meet, Matt talked about Wordpress and he mentioned why he love Wordpress. This is the video from the conference and video is almost 40+ minutes but it is worth watching.Matt cutt Emmy Cat thumb

Matt talked about how Wordpress take care of 8o-90% of SEO. I was amazed to watch his video, because despite of his picture with his cat Emmy I thought of him as a serious person. You will love to listen to his sense of humor and will enjoy this video.

One thing in particular I like about this presentation, Matt talked about How people are creating any breaking news as a post by simple copying pasting an excerpt from the news source and without adding any values to it.   This video could have been a simple example of such post, but I hope now Matt can’t blame me for the same. :)

I’m sure you will enjoy this video and do checkout related post for my wordpress SEO tips.

I think this is the way most should go. Instead of the old traditional corporate style invented in the nineteen hundred century. We should go back to the old days when store owners actually did care for their customers.
