I live in UAE, I was using low rate voip to make phone calls, with ultrasurf to unblock it, as low rate voip is being blocked here..until recently some how the ultrasurf is not being able to resolve this problem, I contacted ppl in low rate voip and they said to use hot spot shield, I downloaded it but when running it is always opens the IE that it is not able to find the requested web site..
I tried to use opera Tor but still low rate voip not working correctly!!
can someone help me in this matter?
is there a way to fix ultrasurf, or hot spot shield?
