in Google adsense

Few Days back I told you about adsense category based filtering. The new settings will let you stop showing ads from a particular category which is not performing well.

Now this new feature is live and under your adsense account. To use this feature you need to login to your adsense account.

Under adsense homepage > Click on Adsense set up > Ad review center.

Now select the ad category which you want to block. According to the page .

Category filters allow you to block contextually and placement-targeted ads in certain ad categories from appearing on your site. We’ve provided the percentage of total earnings and impressions recently generated by ads for each category below to help you decide which categories, if any, to filter.

Select the category which you don’t want to use and click on Submit.

Beside this chart, you can also see Recent ad earning and recent ad impression.   This is a great way to increase the adsense revenue.

Great news. I truly hate all of these love- and lose weight-ads. It doesn’t matter what type of site you are creating, every time they are first to arrive. Fortunately most of them goes away after some while, but it would be great to never have to see them.
