Don’t Click on these type of links.
This messages are because of vulnerability in Heysan.com.
Heysan.com is similar website like ebuddy which provide messenger services.
Once you click on any of this messages your buddy list will also start receiving the similar messages.

If this trick is cookie based, Then there are chances that your friend will receive the similar msg, get in touch with your frd n ask them to let you knw if they receive any message from your profile.
