We have already talked about shoutmeloud favorite Twitter messenger client tweetdeck. One problem with any twitter application is API, which is limited to 100/hr. So in case you do excessive Tweeting, you might end up exhausting it before one hour.
You will start getting an error rate limit exceeded. You can read more about API and rate limit on tweetdeck blog.

Login to your Twitter account using Tweedeck and on the Top right click on settings.
Under settings> Check open profile in Web pages.(saves API)
