I always use this site for Social bookmarking it’s very good
At wordpress these are cake piece with pulgin option specially dedicated to Social Bookmarking.
This is a great site. You do need to register and be logged into all these sites to make it happen which can be a little time consuming to setup at first, but worth it in the long run.
Harsh, Onlywire works really great, if you use their plugin, they do it automatically for you & its free as well. If you want even more automated solution than i would say, hellotxt.com is also awesome plus they support 40+ social platforms.
