If you blog on blogspot I’m sure you are aware of the fact that by default blogspot carries 
nofollow attribute and removing nofollow attribute attracts many other blogger to comment on your blog. Though it also attract the spammer also but you can easily get rid of it if you moderate all the comments on your blog.

To remove nofollow attribute follow the simple steps mentioned below :
* Login to your blogspot dashboard
* Click on Layout> Edit HTML
* Checkmark Expand widget templates
Find this code
<a expr:href='data:comment.authorUrl' rel='nofollow'><data:comment.author/></a>
From the code remove rel=’nofollow’
new code will look like this
<a expr:href='data:comment.authorUrl' ><data:comment.author/></a>
Click on save and refresh your blog.
You blog is not containing no follow attribute.
You can add this line above your comment box that your blog is now dofollow.
Since dofollow blogs help to increase backlinks for your blog.

Hello, Tell me something Harsh , will this not affect our Pagerank… Although this may increase commenting… What about the Page Rank Juice and Stuff… Esp. the Links are becoming One Way.
my blog’s traffic increase a little bit when i change the dofollow. i thinks some people looking for dofollow blog found my blog in thelist too.(“,) but now i need to change the comment moderation into manual approve so that i can minimize the spam comment..

(In wordpress I know there is, so I ask for blogger).
Some wordpress blogs allow: object, embed, and img tags in comment box so yoy can embed a youtube video as a comment!

I did not find the said code on my blog. I installed disqus comment on my blog, so might be that reason I do not see the code, so please inform me what I have to do?
That’s because when you upload your template file to Disqus, it removes that section when it patches your template to allow Disqus to show up.
And from what I’ve read, Disqus comments are dofollow.
