Most of the Blogger start with a blogspot blog, and later on they move to wordpress. Many of them migrate their blog to wordpress and some of them leave  blogspot blog behind.
If you are migrating to self hosted wordpress blog and keeping the same niche best advice will be migrate your blogspot to wordpress.Though in case if you old blogspot blog does not fit your new niche, instead of leaving it like that, you can use it to drive some traffic to your new blog.
The idea here is to divert all the traffic from a blogspot blog to your wordpress blog and enjoy the traffic .
To do this , you need to edit your blog spot template. Go to edit HTML and search for following line :
<b:include data='blog' name='all-head-content'/>
Now add this piece of line after the above line
<meta content='0;url=https://www.shoutmeloud.com' http-equiv='refresh'/>
Replace Shoutmeloud with your blog URL and enjoy the traffic from your blogspot blog , which you left behind.
Though this trick I will suggest to use only if you don’t want to migrate your blogspot blog. If you need help with your blog (blogspot to wordpress ) migration, you can contact me using my service page.

hy harsh, recently i moved form wordpress.com to blogger. because wordpress.com dont supports google adsence, problem is that my blog on wordpress.com was some traffic like 60 views per day
but now i moved to blogger. i created webmaster account for both blogs google and wordpress. now i have two blogs. blog on wordpress.com receives enough traffic but new blog on blogger not receive so much traffic.
tell me is this possible to redirect all my blog visitors from wordpress to blogger. if possible then tell me how
I already using this technique before this post, but the problem is the site needs to be fully loaded to be redirected this way. And it’s not good for SEO.
I was getting good amount of organic traffic for my blogspot blog, I enabled this redirection September 1st and exactly on 22nd it started to get little organic traffic.
Is there any other way to setup a 301/2 redirect using blogspot?
Thanks,
Shyam
Hi Harsh,
Can I redirect my blogspot to another blogspot.com and I want my new blog to display the content of old blog. Can I do that? secondly, will it affect my links or pagerank?
Thanks
Gaurav
Works brilliantly- cheers! One question- can I just redirect select posts to the other site? I’d like to redirect people who come to one site for a specific entry to be redirected to the other site’s identical post.
Thanks so much, this did the trick!

This really nice article for site redirection from blogspot to other blogs on other sites like wordpress.
Same we can follow for other sites redirection also.
Will this technique mess with the sites SEO and is it in agreement with blogger TOS.
Thanks for this information. Surely very important post for blogspot users.
