Google voice is one great free service from Google which will let you have a virtual phone number which you can use to make voice call, send SMS, send & receive voice mails. But sad part is Google voice is limited to U.S.A at this moment and people around the web have to wait for a while to get Google voice account for them.
If you try to get a Google voice account for them (If you are outside U.S.A), you will be greeted with a message stating: Google voice is not currently available in your country.
I have shared a complete tutorial for people who are outside U.S.A. on how they can sign up and get a Google voice number for them. Since it’s a pure tech post, I published it on CallingAllGeeks, but I believe it’s going to be useful for everyone who are outside U.S.A., So I’m announcing about this post here.

Hey Harsh, Thanks for this tutorial. Google Voice is really a fantastic tool for making calls to any countries. Well I was sad when I first heard that their service limitations, but you made to feel happy with these tutorials. Thanks again.
I got two google voice invitation but gave them away through my blog since it is not supported in my country… Now I can see there is a way to use google voice ! Thanks for the post man…

articles they r very informative. But only disadvantage is i m not a tech savvy, so i cudnt do wht u said in ur page. But wen i opened an email sometime back i had that call phone icon on the left side bar under the chat. I activated it and called few calls to usa for 2 days, n now i dont c that call phone icon on my gmail… y is that and how to restore it… n i want 2 call back usa for free plz tel me how in my case…

I wonder if anybody else has a problem connecting, because every time I make a US phone call the other party always says that I am breaking up and I connect well at all. Is there a techie solution for that?
