One of Shoutmeloud reader asked How he can create a video using Camtasia . If you remember some time back I wrote a review on Camtasia sofwtare. Camtasia is a professional software for creating video tutorials and recording.
To create a video using Camtasia follow these simple steps. From start menu select Camtasia Studio >Application > Camtasia recorder. On the right hand side you will a screen like this :
Click on Red button (rec) to start recording of the video. To stop recording at any point press F10. Once you press F10, preview video will open. From their click on Edit
Save the project with any file name and next window will be editing screen. There you can specify the video settings like size , resolution and so on. Since I create video for blogs and youtube I always select youtube or Web.
You can also specify the video height and width. Now make some changes in video like if you want to apply smart focus and custom message you can do it from editing option. Once you are done editing your video, click on produce video as and save your video.
This is not a very detailed tutorial but I’m sure for a new-bie Camtasia user this tutorial will be of great help.
Meanwhile do read 50 ways to drive huge traffic from Youtube.
Do you use Camtasia ? If not which software do you use for video recording?
