Adding youtube videos on your blog can be as easy as copying paste youtube video URL or copying paste Youtube Embed HTML code in your post.
Adding youtube video by wordpress plugin, I will not recommend because when we can do the same work without plugin, then why do you need to slow down our blog with lots of plugins.
How to add youtube video to wordpress blog posts?
Go to any video of youtube which you want to embed into your blog post.
Lets embed any video for my Youtube profile.

)
I copied the Embed HTML code from the sidebar of the video.
Paste the code into your post in HTML mode.
Now you will have Youtube video embedded into your wordpress blog.

ermm.. nice idea … this is great.. thank you..
I heard about such plugins,but never used it,i think best way to add any video is by using Windows Livewriter, it is too fast.
