I am a Daily HootSuite User…. _ It has a user friendly interface. And even i can tweet over my twitter account automatically if i am on holiday.

Hootsuite is one of the best web based Twitter site. If you check their twitter profile, you will find that they have a lot of followers, that proves to certain extent their fame

I am always using TweetDeck and Seesmic. Not yet using any web application. May be I should try one like HootSuite
