I started using hoot suite recently and so far I’m very happy because I can use it easily to manage my multiple twitter profile and also schedule my tweets.
Today hoot suite added support for Twitter list, Facebook and LinkedIn integration. If you are using hoot suite for Twitter I’m sure you going to enjoy the new Facebook integration and Twitter list feature.
To Enable the Facebook and LinkedIn Integration, click on settings >Social Network > Add Social Networks
If you have not tried Hoot suite yet, I will suggest give it a try and specially its tweet schedule feature. If you are very active on Facebook, you can now also schedule your status updates using this application.

I am always using TweetDeck and Seesmic. Not yet using any web application. May be I should try one like HootSuite

Hootsuite is one of the best web based Twitter site. If you check their twitter profile, you will find that they have a lot of followers, that proves to certain extent their fame
