I’m feeling great while writing my 1000th post. Along with 1000th post I have a good news to share and that is Shoutmeloud is going to complete its first anniversary on 1st of December 2009.
This one year has been a turning point for my life and every thing has changed so far. For people who don’t know me , I’m a software Engineer by education and blogger by profession. I have taken blogging as a profession in march 2009. Though it was a tough decision to take blogging as a full-time profession that time but now I pat my back on the decision I have taken that time. But some time I miss going to office like every one and miss working in a team. I worked with Convergys for almost 6 months and wanted to join Accenture for one year. But seems like destiny has something else for me and here I’m.
This one year was a learning experience for me and from small journey of one year I can say Blogging is not as easy as it sounds. Specially when you are a professional blogger. It’s a continuous journey of learning and experiments.
I started my blogging journey almost 3 years back when I started with a personal blogspot blog. Last year October 2008, I started with a blogspot blog, which laid the foundation of ShoutMeLoud. On November 2009, I broke up with Blogspot and started my relation and journey with Shoutmeloud. SEO and such words used to be rocket science for me that time. Slowly and gradually I learned lots of thing and you can see the result in terms of Shoutmeloud stats.
Till now including this post Shoutmeloud have 1133 posts (133 guest Posts) and almost 9500 comments. I really wish I can write about my Blogging journey so far, but I guess that will become boring for you .
Last but not the least I will keep adding value to ShoutMeLoud, and now I have lots of things going on. More over these days I’m working on my WordPress Tutorials blog. I stared this new project to share all my experience and knowledge with WordPress and If you are on wordpress, I’m sure you going to love hanging out there.
Thanks to all of you for your great support so far and I hope to see all of you around in this long journey ahead.
