Most of the time Google update page rank unexpectedly and that’s what happened this time. Just one day before New year 2010, Google run a quick page rank update and most of the blogs and websites can now see the changes in their page rank.
It’s immense pleasure to let you know that Shoutmeloud page rank is 5 now from earlier page rank 4.
I was not expecting update at this time of year. This page rank update seems like a new year gift from Google.
About my other blogs, my latest WordPress tutorials blog Themepremium, also got page rank update to 3 and from earlier page rank 1.
And just checked page rank of all my wordpress SEO and blogspot to wordpress clients and good news is every one of them receive some page rank. This is a great sign of achievement since I have output to show in my portfolio.

Dont worry about your page rank, page rank are usually like a certificate.. Though I will suggest take care of your blog SEO since you have an old blog..and I believe by now.. it should have a PR…

I also noticed that, because my first blog just turned PR1. It’s indeed very fulfilling.
I can imagine the Joy of first page rank. I still remember my time, when I got PR 1 for my blog and I was so happy as if I accomplished the biggest task
. After all PR is an appreciation from Google towards our work.

It’s strange I have been reading all over the net about peoples webpage ranks going up but again mine is still the same. Last year myranks went from 4 to 2 and it did not move this year. I must have been past by. oh well Happy New year 2010 to all.

My blog has only 18 posts, started in Oct’09. It’s PR is 2. I am happy
Yeah, it seems like Google is being generous now in this first month of the year. I have seen it too because most of my officemate’s blog have increased their PR. What a great New Year’s gift for all of us.
I’m more concerned about why / how Google still use Page Rank to determine the Serps. I see very little change in the listings after a PR update, many times there is a jump around the link updates, but not any drastic shifts after the PR updates.
I got pr2 from 0 , i was expecting this to be during jan-feb ,but dec31 , or jan 1 was really surprising .
Bleh, I’m still at a zero. I was at a 1-2 when I started the site. I don’t know why it’s so low. I guess I gotta add mroe links to it.
Google PageRank Updates In 2010:
1. First 2010 PageRank Update (31 March – 1 April 2010)
2. Second 2010 PageRank Update (31 June – 1 July 2010)
3. Third 2010 PageRank Update (31 September – 1 October 2010)
4. Fourth 2010 PageRank Update (31 December – 1 January 2011)
As It is time to update PR , I think google is aware of April Fools day to update pr on Ist April 2010. LOL!!!
You may seen there are some tools available to check the pr.
These tools are basically set to measure only a few variables while as google measures are several times sophisticated. NO tool can tell you exact prediction even there are some websites tools which show very high or very low results.One you mentioned is showing pr10 is just set to display that while some of them are set to display zero. If you want to see reliability of the tool just check their own site for pr or some known site and you will see how the trend is set by so called tool masters.(say I have given subject for article on the issue)

Some kind of PR update on internal pages I had June 25th, 2010. Index page still the same.
Any updates on next Google Page rank, when it will be? I guess will be by the end of August.
