Google translate is one of my Favorite tool to understand or translate foreign language. If you remember months back I wrote about Google translator bots for Google talk and Google translation tools. Few days back Google introduced 3 new features in Google translator web tool.

Out of three, two of them are very effective for anyone.

  1. Instant Language Translation : This feature will translate your desired language as you type. So you don’t need to click on translate button like in previous version of Google translate.
  2. Text to Speech feature : You can now listen translated words. Though this feature is only available for text translated to English.
  3. Read Language Phonetically : Translation is easy but reading translation is not easy. This new feature will help you to read any foreign language phonetically.

I also like Bing Language translation tools, but addition of new features will make Google translation more effective.
