If you keep an eye on your blog stats, probably you must have noticed a slight/major decrease in your site traffic after 19th october. If you have not noticed it, go and check your stats and do let us know if you are also a victim of technical indexing problem from Google search.
Many webmasters and bloggers who blogs on different blog platform reported on Webmaster forum about the indexing issue and Google not indexing latest posts. Specially BlogSpot bloggers are widely affected because of this Google indexing problem.
More over instead of indexing real URL, Google search was/is indexing URL with feed tracking links and UTM tracking parameters. At Google webmaster forum, moderators and Google employee accepted it’s a technical glitch and they are working on this to resolve this issue.
As added by John Mu: (Google employee and Forum moderator)
Just to be clear, the issues from this thread, which I have reviewed in detail, are not due to changes in our policies or changes in our algorithms; they is due to a technical issue on our side that will be visibly resolved as soon as possible (it may take up to a few days to be visible for all sites though). You do not need to change anything on your side and we will continue to crawl and index your content (perhaps not as quickly at the moment, but we hope that will be resolved for all sites soon). I would not recommend changing anything significantly at this moment (unless you spot obvious problems on your side), as these may result in other issues once this problem is resolved on our side.
Many users reported the issue is with Canonical URL and other factors, but for now, I would suggest don’t make any major SEO changes on your blog. Let the issue get resolved first. It might take couple of days for everyone to see the changes.
How to check if you are affected by Google indexing problem?
Go to Google.com and do a search with site:domainname.com (Ex: site:www.shoutmeloud.com). Click on more tools on left hand side and select latest. If you see all recent posts listed, you are not affected by Google indexing problem, but if you see many posts are missing, it’s time to wait and watch.

Ajeet I’m not sure if this is right approach.
I suggest atleast write one post a day or two (depending on your post frequency), else your readers might feel your blog is dead.
I am having the same problem. One of my website has got nothing indexed from past week, one got only few post.
Same was happening with my one other site but from today It has again started to indexed.
Luckily my blog is not affected at all, all my new posts are indexed.

Everything is fine for me. Google had indexed my last two articles.
It affected me too. But now it is ok for me. My site is getting indexed now. But no need to worry because google engineers have started fixing it now. Everything will be alright in few days.
I did not feel much of the effect caused by the indexing faults.
It means all your recent posts are indexed in Google without any issue??
hmn not affected, recent posts and pages are correctly indexed.

I check every article just after publishing about its indexing by typing site:post-premalink. I have noticed that really articles are being indexed average after one day.
It’s a big problem and can promote content stealing.
Google must fix it soon.
My Post are getting indexed, so it means i am not the victim. But this is a very bad news and hope google will soon resolve the issue.

I guess it’s almost fixed now..but recently i am experiencing slow indexing for wordpress blogs
The indexing problem is resolved but some of you may see newer posts taking some time to index. Some blogs will remain unaffected though, Google hasn’t come up with any blog post on the issue.
Matt Cutts says that the problem may be was with minty fresh indexing. Thanks for the post !

now do you think that this is fixes?
Hey Harsh. I am also facing a similar problem. The traffic has plummeted enormously in my case. By coincidence, I happened to change the sitemap priority settings for my blog at right about same time as the problem started at Google. I had changed the update frequency for the posts from weekly to daily and this led me into believing that the traffic decrease was because of the changes in my sitemap. Well what do you think, the sitemap can be a factor?
Yes -there is definitely a problem with Blogger / Google indexing. My posts no longer show up, although other people’s links to those posts do. Weird.
I checked my site like you said. All my pages are indexed. However they are listed under pages not visited in the past 24 hours or past month, yet I know the pages have been visited. I used to just type my name in full in search and my latest posts came up. Now they aren’t and Google is indexing my posts with weird urls. My page rank also dropped since October from 2 to 0 to now NA
I’m using Thesis 1.8 on my site. What could I be doing wrong?
