Few days back we talked about Shoutmeloud feed reader choice : Feedemon. Though many user still love Google reader and use it as their main feed reader.
The good news for Google reader user is, New beta version of feed demon added functionality of synchronization with Google reader.
So now you will have Google reader updates on your desktop using feed demon.
Here are change log of the latest updated version of feed demon 3.0 beta 4a
- Added: Synchronization with Google Reader. If you’re already synching with NewsGator, you can convert to Google Reader by selecting Tools | Synchronization Options | Advanced | Convert Now. If you’re new to FeedDemon, you’ll be give a choice of synchronization platforms at startup. If you’ve been using FeedDemon without synchronization, the subscriptions report will include an “Enable synchronization” link.
- Added: “Reset feed title and homepage” button added to feed properties
- Changed: Watches and filers now appear beneath “Filters & Watches”
- Changed: ALT key no longer toggles the main menu (but you can still click any toolbar to hide it)
- Changed: Redesigned per-feed/per-folder prefetch options

I use bloglines as a feed reader. It works very well and there are lots of options and feature available.

I heard of bloglines but never tried it because it was so easy working with feed demon that I never felt like trying any other feed reader.
I downloaded two days back feed deamon. need to start adding all my fav blog and news feeds in it. Never used google reader.

Nihar ,you should use Feed demon as google reader is synchronized with it, also you can try Bloglines which comes with very attractive features.
