This might be an old feature but I noticed it for the first time which says contact importer for Pages. Using this feature you can invite your Email list to join you on Facebook fan page.
Just in case if you don’t see this feature, you can go to edit page and select import contacts option. Ampercent has shared a useful article on this, how you can invite your feedburner subscriber to join Facebook fan page. You can also take help of your orkut friend list and invite them to join your fan page on Facebook. This feature has limitless option, you need to pick the right one to make most out of it.

This option helps people better engage with their customers on social media. Having offline contacts and email IDs can be really helpful.

I’ve seen this function on other pages i’ve worked on but for some reason these options aren’t appearing for another page i’m trying to build.
Any thoughts or ideas on how to get these options to show up? If not…how should I contact FB.

I am having same problem. Set up fan page… now getting started tab with option to utilise contact importer has gone. searched everywhere but cannot find. i want to upload a .csv file of email addressess! HELP PLEASE!
